Welcome to The Commercial Club. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, memberships, and coaching sessions. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

The Commercial Club is a coaching and educational platform for professional actors. We offer virtual coaching sessions, audition prep, and resources to support actors in developing their skills and confidence.

2. Membership & Coaching Services

• Membership Access: Membership grants access to coaching sessions, content, and features described on our site. It does not guarantee auditions, bookings, or representation.

• Coaching Sessions: Sessions are for educational purposes only and are meant to help you prepare for or maintain readiness for auditions.

• Scheduling & Cancellations: We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be forfeited depending on our cancellation policy (see below). 

• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. User Conduct

By using our site and services, you agree to: 

• Use our platform only for lawful purposes

• Treat all staff and members with respect

• Not share, copy, or distribute any proprietary materials without written permission

• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions 

​

• All payments are securely processed via SubscriptionFlow.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing (monthly or otherwise) as described during sign-up.

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property 

​

All content on The Commercial Club website—including videos, branding, text, logos, photos, and training materials—is the property of The Commercial Club and protected by copyright laws.

 

You may not reproduce, republish, or resell any part of the service without express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees 

​

The Commercial Club does not guarantee employment, auditions, representation, or industry success.

 

Our coaching is designed to support your professional development—not to promise or secure outcomes in the entertainment industry.

7. Limitation of Liability 

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Commercial Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our services.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

• Coaching Sessions: Require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.

• Please review our membership handbook for complete details. 

• Membership Cancellation: You may cancel any time via your account portal. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

• Workshops or Special Events: May have separate cancellation policies—please refer to event-specific terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law 

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
