You are receiving this invoice because you missed a second coaching appointment or cancelled your appointment after the cancellation window. A $25 fine must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. You are responsible for $25 per consecutive spots missed (e.g. If you had two consecutive spots booked, and you missed both – you owe $50). If this happens again it may result in being expelled from the Club.
