You are receiving this invoice because you missed your coaching appointment or cancelled your appointment after the cancellation window. A $10 fine must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. You are responsible for $10 per consecutive spots missed (e.g. If you had two consecutive spots booked, and you missed both – you owe $20).
