We are so excited to introduce you to one of the top Commercial Agents working in Los Angeles today. Jennifer York is a one-of-a-kind agent. She is approachable and clear about who she is, the business, and what it takes to work in commercials. Jen has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share her thoughts on navigating the ever-changing commercial environment. She is excited to meet all of you and have an in-depth, free-flowing discussion about life and the biz. We hope you can join us and Jen for a lively and impactful chat!
This event is not intended for members to pitch themselves for new representation. Its purpose is to learn more about the role of a Commercial Agent. How they impact your acting careers. The best ways to develop strong, positive relationships with your representation. And anything else you've always wondered about the process but never had the opportunity to ask, from an Agent's point of view. It will be a round table style discussion where we learn, connect, and get the inside scoop on a part of the commercial world we don't usually have full access to.
As always, this is a private event, only open to members. Please do not use this as an opportunity to solicit representation. You are all rep'ed and the Commercial Club respects the relationships you have built with your agents. Bio:
Jennifer York, A native of Los Angeles began her career in commercial casting. After graduation from Loyola Marymount, Jennifer decided that being an agent in the commercial field was more her passion. She switched from the buyer to the seller, and became one of the top commercial agents in Los Angeles. Jennifer Joined DPN in 2012 and, in that time, has created one of the most successful on-camera departments in the country.
